سینتیک واکنش گوگردزدایی عمیق هیدروژنی برای برش نفتی گازوئیل

چکیده

آلودگی‌های نفتی پدیده‌یی نامطلوب با تأثیرات جدی و مخرب بر روی محیط زیست و سلامتی انسان است. از آنجا که ترکیبات سولفوردار یکی از مهم‌ترین آلوده‌کننده‌های مواد نفتی و یکی از اهداف مهم پالایش به شمار می‌روند، در این تحقیق یک بررسی نظام‌مند به‌منظور تعیین سینتیک واکنش گوگردزدایی هیدروژنی )H‌D‌Sبرش نفتی گازوئیل با استفاده از کاتالیست تجاریِ N‌H‌S−204 انجام شد. آزمایش‌ها در یک ریز واکنش‌گر بستر قطره‌یی در دمای360−380d‌e‌g‌r‌e‌eC، فشارb‌a‌r ۷۰−۵۵ و سرعت فضایی )L‌H‌S‌V(h−1 ۲−۰٫۵ انجام شد. با توجه به این که گوگردزدایی از تیوفن‌ها و به‌خصوص مشتقات بنزوتیوفنی و دی‌بنزوتیوفنی دشوار است و در گوگردزدایی عمیق مطرح می‌شود، لذا در اینجا سینتیک واکنش (H‌D‌S) برای ماده‌ی گوگرددار دی‌بنزوتیوفن و به‌صورت مدل توانی تعیین شد. نتایج حاصله حاکی از آن است که درجه‌ی واکنش H‌D‌S دی‌بنزوتیوفن در خوراک گازوئیل برابر ۱٫۴ است. انرژی فعال‌سازی واکنش H‌D‌S نیز برابر k‌c‌a‌l/m‌o‌l۱۵ تعیین شد.

Since one of the main sulfur compounds Lvdhknndhhay oil refinery and one of the most important are the objectives in this study a systematic review in order to determine the reaction kinetics of hydrogen desulfurization) HDS diesel oil cut using a commercial catalyst was NHS −204. Reactive tests in a tiny bed temperature Qtrhyy 360−380degreeC, pressure and velocity space bar 70-55) LHSV (h −1 2-0.5 done. According to the desulfurization especially derivatives of Tyvfnha Dybnzvtyvfny Bnzvtyvfny and is difficult and comes in deep desulfurization, so here the reaction kinetics (HDS) for the article Dybnzvtyvfn and sulfur can form model was determined. The results indicate that the degree of reaction in the feed gasoline HDS Dybnzvtyvfn is equal to 1.4. HDS reaction activation energy was determined as the kcal/mol15.
